Alex was very helpful and made suggestions for my car for a great price. I checked out lots of quotes and BARC offered the best price and service. The replacement car was comfortable and helpful.I was worried that they wouldn't be able to match my nightshade colour with gold flecks. They took extra care to mend and blend everything perfectly and my car looks brand new. Thank You for the superb work!

Alex & his team were amazing to deal with! Going above and beyond with their service! Super reliable and trustworthy with someone like me who has never had to go through a situation like this. A bonus was a free replacement car while mine was being repaired really put my mind at ease and abled me to continue life normally. My car looks brand new and I feel so thankful and happy I chose Brooklyn Accident Repair Centre, I highly recommend EVERYONE to go there.

BARC Alex towed my car through my insurance and even though he had no benefit or gain from my car as my repairers are already determined through my insurer, he was second to none in terms of everything. He assessed my car willingly to make sure the right outcome was decided and wrote me a report just in case I was forced to go with the insurances decision; I would have professional proof available. He guided me through every process around insurance and rights/law in favour of me. He even ensured I was given the right guide around car value to prevent underpayment of vehicle value. Thorough, honest and reliable. I have now found a repairer I would trust.

Thanks Alex for the excellent service and attention to detail in fixing first one car, then due to a string of bad luck, our second car as well! Both came back tip top shape. Alex went to great lengths to help throughout the process. Always had a loan car for me to keep me on the road while the repairs were underway, and kept me updated throughout. Top notch paintwork, no bubbles or tints, unlike my previous insurer’s repair network repairers.Have recommended friends who have also been very happy with the service and repairs.Highly recommended!

My vehicle was damaged due to a hailstorm. Alex took care of it from the moment I dropped in & I was given a loan car. He professionally dealt with insurers & repairers. The vehicle was fixed within 2 weeks. Outstanding job, the car was returned in brand new condition. Fantastic performance.

Alex quoted my bumper replacement for a very good price. The turnaround was efficient and professional job was done. For no extra cost I was able to use one of their complimentary hire cars whilst my car was getting repaired. Highly recommend the team at Brooklyn accident repair centre!

Such a positive experience! Alex was attentive and professional, gave me a very reasonable quote by email (on a Sunday) and honoured the quote once the work was complete. I was provided with a well maintained courtesy car, and my own car was returned to me in a near new condition. The bumper had been replaced and painted, and the car had also been thoroughly cleaned both inside and out. I'm really happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex and his team to others.

We couldn’t recommend Alex and the team more highly. Apart from our severely damaged car being returned looking and driving as good as new, Alex was extremely helpful in keeping us up to date on what was happening and provided great advice in dealing with our insurer. He is also committed to installing the right parts for your car. This was our first time using his company but we’d happily recommend him!

I had my front bumper repaired and painted again. The work was seamless. Incredible attention to finer details. My car was returned washed and the interior had been detailed. Would highly recommend! Very efficient and high quality work

Alex made the whole process so easy. Dropped off the car, and we were given a loan car which was really easy. When we picked up the car we were very happy, it looked brand new and they even cleaned the whole car.
